Dandong Shengxing Paper Machinery Co. Ltd., formerly known as Dandong Donggang Paper Machinery Factory, was established in 1985. The company has been specializing in manufacturing papermaking machines, especially cast iron dryers, press rolls, etc. For years, it has gained a great reputation for the good quality of the products, innovative technology, rich choices, reasonable price, efficient service, as well as its credibility in both domestic and overseas markets. The company moved to the new location in April, 2007 in order to meet the market demands, enlarge the scales of production and enhance the production capacity. The new company occupies an area of 42,095㎡ with a construction area of 18,461 ㎡. We have invested about hundred million RMB in building the new workshops and factory areas, updating equipment and training workers. The number of the stuff in the company is 197 in total, among whom 45 are professional technicians (accounting for 23% of the total employees). Seventy-five employees hold a degree of technical secondary school or technical college. The new company is located at Dandong Qianyang Economic Zone, which is famous for its excellent transport. The economic zone is adjacent toDadongPort,201 National Highway, as well as Dandong-Dalian and Dandong-Shenyang Highways.
The company’s major products include dryers for paper machines, press rolls and the like. The diameters of dryers range from 800mm to 4000mm, and the diameters of press rolls range from 350mm to 1600mm. We make use of the wear-resistant cast iron as the raw material, and adopt the high-precision grinding technology. We have passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System and CE Certification. Besides, the products have also been examined by the internationally accepted authority SGS.
Our company has renewed all the equipment, all of which have so far been the best inChina. We have three workshops and two lines for dryer manufacturing. Internationally advanced technology has been adopted for designing and manufacturing the dryers, with an annual production capacity of over ten thousand tons. We also have advanced testing equipment. The comprehensive examining methods and the quality assurance system make sure of the quality of our products, and hence meet the need of high-end clients all over the world.
The products of the company have been sold to more than thirty cities, provinces and autonomous regions inChina. We also export the products on our own initiative. The products have been exported toIndia,Indonesia,Pakistan,Russia,Taiwan, theUSA, and many other European and Southeast Asian countries.
